$200 for each extra night beyond what is originally agreed upon, in case of changed plans, factory problems, etc. Covers hotel, taxis, plus meals.
This also applies to trips made for other purposes such as trade shows, and for cities outside of China.
Note, for cities with hotel rates higher than China, or for dynamic pricing during high-demand times, this selection may have to be multiplied. Ex: A hotel room in NYC during the Toy Show, or Atlanta during the Atlanta Mart may have to be applied 3 times or more for each night.
